Due to the nature of our skincare and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products — even if unused. This policy protects the health and safety of all customers and maintains the integrity of our results-driven formulas.
However, if your item is completely unopened and the original security seal sticker is fully intact, we may accept a return request within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in brand-new, resellable condition, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact our team at hello@co2society.com with your order number and photos of the unopened seal. Return approvals are issued on a case-by-case basis.
